Chicago Police have charged 23-year-old Alphonso Joyner with first-degree murder in the shooting death of 71-year-old Woom Sing Tse.

He killed that guy for nothing!! Do him the same way he did that nice guy just going to get a newspaper! I so sick of all the killing 馃槖 in Chicago. I can't wait to the next election!!!
At 71 years old this man had a way more productive life ahead of him than Alphonso.
He should go back in front of the same Judge that let him off those gun charges! Chinatown deserve to know the judge who gave that monster of a man a second chance. Chicago Citizens and the News media needs to start putting these cases at the responsibility of the Judges! CPD
