Masks optional at each Illinois school district’s mandate, appeals court rules

The numbers do not support the mandates. If you want to wear a mask, do it. If not, don't. But if the mask was the end all, this hysteria would have been over a year ago. But it has been, since day 2, political.

Imagine being a grown adult upset that kids won't have to be forced to cover their faces. Some ppl in this thread need to do some self reflection because adults who want to force mask kids are abusers.

A better title would be “Illinois schools no longer allowed to mandate masks for their students, according to a court ruling”.

BUT you can still be a proud Democrat by wearing a diaper on your face for perpetuity.

Because, do we really care about kids? We can always make more kids! Parent's crippling anxiety about wearing a mask... now that's serious. Why have all those Children's Hospitals if you're not going to use them?

Pull your heads out of the sand people. CPS is wrong that they are allowed to continue there masking mandate. The judge's ruling actually states that they are null and void. Each child is required to have due process by the local health departments if they want to try.

Hope all the kids and teachers are safe out there, new variant now, hopefully we won’t see a lot of sickness increase in the next 2 weeks in these kids or teachers or staff thinking of all of you, only time will tell❤️

Schools can longer mandate mask without due process. There, I fixed it.

It is all about choice, and how it should've been the whole time.

The Judge will see them on Friday in her court. All Districts, CPS and U46 specifically, have been served for Contempt, that are violating the TRO and now there are no mandates. #UNMASKOURCHILDREN
