Wait, election law says aldercreatures must live in the ward they represent. That is true but is this right? This guy owns a house in his ward, but he's never lived there or paid on the mortgage for 10 years? But does rent and live in a house in another ward, but doesn't own it?

So what failed chicago bank will this mortgage be connected to? Seriously what bank doesn't foreclose on a house after 12 months or less of missed payments, let alone 120 months?
