In Addition to CPS Teachers, Lightfoot Campaign Also Asked City Colleges Instructors to Encourage Students to Help Her Win Reelection – for Credit

The hits keep coming. It's pretty clear that Lightfoot and her campaign have committed some pretty serious ethics breaches here. Beyond that, these emails are completely tone deaf. What City Colleges professor or CPS teacher is going to vote Lightfoot after the heinous shit she's pulled?

Wait until you hear how she stiffed teachers on parental leave...

Remember when Lori was supposed to be the candidate against corruption?

Is there any polling to assure me that she has little chance of being reelected?

At this point, I honestly think someone on the inside is trying to tear down the campaign haha

Would this still be an "ethics violation" if the Vallas, or Garcia, or Johnson, etc campaigns did the same thing?

Or is Lightfoot just at a disadvantage in recruiting interns because she's an incumbent?

Honestly don't really get what's wrong here as someone who's worked on lots of campaigns.
