Lol, FB comments are reaming him a new one, but honestly, compared to every governor in my lifetime, he’s done pretty good.

Not as progressive as I’d want him to be on some issues, but he’s a lot better than most.

Unlike Lori, Pritzker has been doing a pretty good damn job and wasn’t a dissapointment. Definitely voting for him again.

plus he avoided jail so far so i think that already makes him top 5 Illinois governer of all time.

He’s gonna win. I don’t trust the Illinois GOP to put up someone without any glaring flaws. It’ll either be a nutjob like Jeanne Ives or a moderate like Adam Kinzinger who will alienate the conservatives.

A cap on insulin, legal weed, did a superb job on Covid compared to the GQP states…

Yep he’s got my vote again. Love this lil chubby guy

He's got my vote, I think he's done a great job. He handled an unprecedented event like COVID with seriousness and professionalism. He delivered on many of his campaign promises. He is no drama during an era of perpetually dramatic politics.

PREDICTION:

He'll run for President at some point.

The governorship is him building his political resume.

HEEEEY! I'm very happy about this. There was a rumor he wouldn't run. I hated the hubris of his first "JB" campaign, but in my eyes he has proven himself to be a good leader.

I’m pretty annoyed at the IL state government in general, but I’m pleased at how Pritzker handled the pandemic. On top of that, I had legal marijuana to help get me through it.

He’s got my vote.

Yeah, he's got another vote from me. It's not even a "better than the alternative" situation; he actually did good work.

Didn’t vote for him in the primaries and was very unenthusiastic voting for him in the general.

He’s exceeded pretty much all of my expectations and proved to be a pretty competent leader during an absolutely shitty time to have to be the leader of anything. He’s got my vote again.

I despised the “Hey JB!” commercials and wrote him off as another out of touch billionaire at first, but honestly he’s been doing great so far and has largely stuck to his promises. No issue voting for him.

I think JB handled the pandemic better than Cuomo and Newsom. I'm cool with another term.

JB's done a pretty decent job so far. He had all the warning signs: A billionaire with no prior political experience wanting to lead an executive branch, but somehow it hasn't been a disaster.

I mean, when you're this rich, you can do something outlandish, like fly to Mars, or settle for the classic "Grow my vast wealth at the expense of everyone else", but nope, JB wanted to lead a state.

Works for me! He's doing a decent job and the last thing we need is a needlessly contentious election.

Glad he's running again, I'll vote for him.

I begrudgingly voted for him but have been pleasantly surprised and will vote for him again!

All in all..... at least he didn't suck as bad as the last 4 governors... So he has that going for him.
