Why is California Gov. Newsom facing recall? Frustration with COVID orders led to election

The recall was driven by Republicans upset with Newsom's liberal policies and actions during the pandemic. But it's buttressed by frustration on issues like homelessness and housing costs.

Wrong. This is click bait. It's nothing more than the MAGA belief that they never ever lose anything and if they do, litigate and try to recall.

No it’s driven by Californians that are tired of this guy wasting money, not sending kids to school when his kids were going to school, and failing every step of the way

Add the countless businesses closed for good and kids not attending school for a year.

Gov. Newsom has done a great job leading California through his horrible pandemic. We don't need Larry Elder bringing Florida's COVIDiocy or Texas' anti-abortion extremism, or any other kind of Trumpism to California. Just #VoteNo.

California is a shit show Everyone sees it
Not partisan at all You’re a joke KTLA 😘

Because he’s not for the American people that live in California and spends millions of our tax dollars that in no way shape or form benefit the hardworking American.

They're frustrated epublicans who can't win in an actual election in California and are also angry theyre expected to pull their weight in a pandemic

I blame Capitalism for the high cost of living and homeless. Venture Capitalists out bidding home buyers and Gentrification.

Oh, KTLA there are MANY more of his horrible policies that led to this recall. You should look into them some time...

Fake news. No it was driven by the people who live in California. Get ur stories straight
