An annoying neighbor stopped by to say have you missed me. I had not even noticed. He said he bought a house in ventura county. Where I ask. He said bell canyon. How far from the rocketdyne fence. Just 3 houses. And you still bought it. Did the realtor warn you or title Insurance warn you. No why. I said the 1959 nuclear accident. The problem is they want to use 18 wheelers to haul the soil away. The roads are narrow and winding. It would take at least 100 trucks a day for years to haul it out.
