An annoying neighbor stopped by to say have you missed me. I had not even noticed. He said he bought a house in ventura county. Where I ask. He said bell canyon. How far from the rocketdyne fence. Just 3 houses. And you still bought it. Did the realtor warn you or title Insurance warn you. No why. I said the 1959 nuclear accident. His eyes bulged and the blood drained from his face just before he ran out of my house in a panic.

The problem is they want to use 18 wheelers to haul the soil away. The roads are narrow and winding. It would take at least 100 trucks a day for years to haul it out.
Blow some dynamite and kick up all the dust to give the valley residents superpowers!!
