Where was ALL of this money last year, helping homeless, renters, gasoline,etc? Holding out until it's close to elections? Why wasn't this stated last year? #CAGov needs to be Audited!!!!!

Remember when prior to legalization we were all told that it would bring in lots of tax revenue and would eliminate the illegal drug trade, reducing crime overall. Funny how all we got was tax bailouts, higher crime and smelling pot everywhere. Hmmm almost like we were lied to.
