What kind of law firm name is that haha. Seems like just an ad-lib of conservative buzz words
Edit: Googled them and the one of the first things that came up was their tweet implying that Uvalde was a false flag. From the twitter account of a law firm.
This isn’t just some “concerned parent,” this is them trying to come up with a new “culture wars” narrative to go on Newsmax and OAN

She claims her son was offered a piece of pizza in exchange for a COVID shot and then allegedly coerced into forging his mom's signature.
This isn't gonna hold up in court at all. This kid probably forged his mom's signature to get free pizza and then lied to her about it because he knows she's a nutjob conspiracy theorist.

"He's lacking of breath"
Yes....yes...we have weighed his capacity for breath and have found it quite lacking. Quite.

Mom about to set a bunch of money on fire.

I’m gonna need to see the actual evidence…
“She claims her son was offered a piece of pizza in exchange for a COVID shot and then allegedly coerced into forging his mom's signature.”
This just seems so contrived.

I’m sorry but my older teens were not allowed to even SIGN THEMSELVES IN to their Covid shot appts while I drove around the block to find parking. The medical field is VERY strict about this, so I am skeptical about the story (aside from the Fox Newsness of it)

Her hired lawfirm does "medical freedom bootcamps". I honestly hope the taxpayers don't have to suffer for this bullshit. She should be forced to cover all her own lawyer costs after losing.

Pretty sure 12 and up can consent to vaccination in California without their idiot parents permission.

This article didn't really answer any of my questions.
Did anyone validate or challenge her claim that he was vaccinated? And has any doctor actually observed any side effects?
Like... if what she said happened, it's kind of a big deal. But her claims happen to sound a lot like a story someone would make up. I'd really like an article about it to provide some context.
Oh well.

I work for this school district. I was a former student as well. LAUSD is far from perfect, but they would never trick a kid into getting a vaccine. Do they offer pizza or tacos after someone gets the vaccine? Sure. No one however is forced to participate

This all screams of just got off the bus from ceazytown.

mother says he's "lacking of breath"
The law firm representing them is focused on ANTI-MANDATE and all of the lawyers are part of the Anti-Vax organization Childrenshealthdefense founded by Robert F. Kennedy, #1 anti-vax guy in the country.

Damn kid trying to save their own life! How dare they! Why can’t they listen to their brainwashed mom with a bad dye job explain how this lifesaving vaccine is akshually the Devil’s spit or whatever. /s

Even if everything she is saying is true, offering pizza to students getting vaccinated is not coercion. Not sure how her lawyer plans on proving that he was coerced.

Is this the lady whose kid was so sick he could barely walk to school? Why was she sending her kid to school and making him walk if he was so sick? 😅

When I got boosted my arm hurt so bad it woke me up. It sucked but I'd do it again because yay vaccine.

I’m pretty sure his ‘lacking of breath’ has more to do with the obesity genetics running rampant in his family.
But that’s just me 🤷♂️

The about us n the law firms website reads like r/shitmomgroupssay

Yeah … she was trying to escape fascism by running from a fascist country to … another fascist country under Perón?
