Just so I understand...illegals will somehow be able to obtain IDs but for some US citizens, it's impossible? Hence the lack of voter ID laws?

Of all the REAL issues people in California are facing, this was at the top of Newsom’s list. It’s by design. Majority of people don’t like the way he has governed, left, right, or even in the middle.
