I am so happy to fund these police forces with my job. I work at my job and every month while I am supplying money to their budgets, on top of these payouts when they fuck up.

Thanks for being a continued waste of tax payer money LAPD.

Every time something like this happens, the award needs to be deducted from the LAPD's pension fund. Until that happens, qualified immunity is ended, or the department is disbanded and rebuilt from the ground up, this kind of garbage will continue and those of us lucky enough not to be the direct victims will still be paying for it with our tax dollars.

Short of an LAPD officer trying to assassinate the mayor or City Council members will there be enough outcry to actually punish the police.

For a second, I thought this was the man that was shot in the junk at close range. Fuck Cops!
