A 19-year-old Riverside man who tortured his puppy by slitting its throat and posting a video about it online, pled guilty on Thursday to a federal animal abuse charge.

The scary thing is, many killers start off by torturing and killing animals before they move on to humans. I think this sadistic young man should be locked away.
