Kinchla said it appears both she and the victim may have been homeless.
Possible fight gone wrong between two homeless people
The first cop car on the scene was literally behind me on Wilshire. I pulled over to the side as he was getting onto Hauser. After I parked and passed the Wilshire/Hauser intersection to pick up my food I didn't know what was going on, but saw several people taping with their phones. I'm really disturbed now that I know people were getting footage of a dead body.
People need to start suing the city for not enforcing homeless off the streets.
They are openly endangering society. You watch. If more murders or assault start happening and eventually happen to someone with $, they will sue the shit out of the city and things actually change.
I'm afraid that's what it's going to take
Where are the idiots that keep saying the homeless are just struggling and down on their luck? Seriously, this sucks to hear.
Geez, this is the Ralphs right across from my work office that i hardly go into anymore.
