Less than 1 in 4 workers has gone back to the office as businesses plot a wider reopening
Few are in a rush to go back to pandemic-emptied office buildings, data show. But landlords are betting people will want to return later this year.
Why come back to adult day care, paying for high gas, commuting to work and back, wearing work clothes and spending money on lunch and dry cleaning when you can be more effective and get the same results, AT HOME?!
Employers are SO wrong. WFH is the best thing to happen to us! If I could do the same work from home just as well, in comfy clothes, away from annoying coworkers who argue about unwashed dishes left in the sink, why would I ever want to return to an office setting?!
Never going back to an office! Better work/life balance, more affordable expenses (commuting adds up!!), better work colleagues (hello puppy!) - I will never return to an office. Even if I have to one day get a new job, let me work from home or I'll go to another company 🤷♀️
Nobody wants to go back to the chains and shackles of a office or endure the traffic and smog to get there. THE OFFICE AS WE KNEW IT IS DEAD. TG!
I never want to go back on a full-time basis. Why? I'm perfectly functional and productive from home.
