A Riverside man who tortured a puppy, inflicting ultimately fatal wounds and posting a video about it online, was sentenced to two years in prison.

After reading the report this man has red flag after red flag. Two years ain’t enough.

I hope they’re making him go to therapy because that type of behavior isn’t normal. If we’re not careful, we’ll be hearing about this guy later when he kills or seriously hurts a person.
