We speak 3 languages at home & in true Montreal fashion, can switch to all 3 in 1 sentence (Français parmis eux évidemment!)
Its what makes Montréal great!
Mon Dieu, Seigneur, I left Ontario to escape DoFo & look at me now 😭

Is he monitoring the number of middle fingers waving at him?

He sees you when your speaking He knows when you’re a fake He knows if you speak English or French So comply for french’s sake #papalegault

He's going to be disappointed when he learns not only is french not my main language at home (which is spanish) but that I also sometimes communicate in a made-up language with my mother.
This will alienate so much people.

If he comes over to my house, I'll make him a cappuccino and we'll watch C'è Posta Per Te.

le jour où vous payez personnellement mon hypothèque, mon électricité et toute autre facture du ménage, c'est le jour où vous pouvez me dire comment je peux parler dans ma maison. jusque-là assieds-toi et tais-toi vieil homme @francoislegault

It's the microwave isn't it. That's how they are going to monitor everyone?
(I know they're monitoring stats, I'm trying to find humour in a dark situation)

🤣 Keep dreaming dude. Is he going to implant us with chips? I live alone so technically I speak no language at home. I speak to immediate family on the phone in English and that won't change. They left QC more than a decade ago. My turn....

Screw him and is bill. I am French and i speak English in my house from time to time. This is litterly none-sense. Il se prends pour qui pour décider que l’ont parle Français chez nous. Power trip lâche d’embrasser ta sœur et avoir des idée de cave @francoislegault

My family speaks Italian in my home. What are you going to do about it? 🇮🇹 https://t.co/bCfNKtIV5p

Aside from buying votes,he wants us to speak French at home? That's unrealistic. My mother tongue is Spanish, so it's my husband's, why would we speak French at home? We use it at work and in any gov. Process.

In all due respect, I understand the will to preserve French. However, it is targeting minorities and it is quite intentional. I do hope the federal government intervenes as English is a NATIONAL language, and Quebec should not be allowed to pass regulations of this nature.

I don't know why they just don't let the evolution of language unfold. Who cares if people speak less French? The money that will bd wasted on this effort is asinine.

Big Brother is watching. I swear, they are so damn insecure about a language.

There’s a saying in French - mange la marde mon calisse de raciste

Il veut détruire toutes les autres langues et cultures qui ont contribué au tissu de la société québécoise ET ne représentent aucune menace pour la langue française. Oui, c'est un xénophobe. #polqc
