Quebec Premier Francois Legault said the language spoken at home is one indicator his government considers, insisting his government's sole goal was to ensure French remains Quebec's common language.

No. The language people use at home is not the government's business.
There are more French speakers in Quebec than ever before in it's history.
Even if there wasn't, it wouldn't justify warrantless search and seizure.
