Dorval residents launch class-action lawsuit against airport over noisy late-night flights

There are some exceptions to the rule, but there just shouldn’t be as many late-night flights as there are, Dwight Faithful said, and that’s why he’s the lead plaintiff in a class-action lawsuit against Aéroports de Montréal (ADM)

There’s been an airport in Dorval since 1941. International flights can’t run around a few people’s sleep schedules. Why would you buy a house there if the noise bothers you ?

The airport was there long before the people from Dorval. They knew it was there and that aircraft Madde noise. Those that don't like the noise are free to move elsewhere or put up with the noise. Very simple.

Yeah sucks that they built an airport right next to where people already lived… oh wait 🤔
