Quebec enacts bill to prevent government paralysis in the event of Queen Elizabeth II's death

Quebec no longer has to worry about falling into a legal limbo should Queen Elizabeth II suddenly die or decide to abdicate.

That’s funny, when they protest anything related to the monarchy yet happy to take the holidays that come with it. Calling Victoria Day a number of different titles until they agreed on ‘journey des patriots’ whatever that means, and Canada day to ‘moving day’!
