Canadian Official Languages Act reform recognizes French as Quebec's official language

The reforms include the formal recognition by Ottawa that French is the official language of Quebec.

Last I checked, Quebec is still a Province of CANADA where the two official languages are English and French. Trudeau dropped the ball in a major way on this one, his father would be turning in his grave.
