A judge has denounced a Montreal-area man's "racist" behaviour after taunting and harassing his elderly neighbour for years, and ordered him to pay her $6,000 in damages.

These people have made me regret moving to this province for a better life.

They are stuck in history from 400 years ago and need to get over it or GTFO and go back to France.
