A technical issue that involved "no major safety concerns" forced Vice President Kamala Harris' plane to return to Joint Base Andrews in Maryland about 30 minutes after she had left Sunday on a trip to Guatemala and Mexico.

couldn't handle it. Period. Trips of this nature are CAREFULLY planned, have you EVER heard of Technical difficulties? Nope, nor have I. Couldn't figure out game plan, ran from border assignment, only to fail in her runaway plan. Inept, knees didn't cut it for her this time.
