One killed, another injured in shooting on S.F. Muni bus

One person is dead and another injured after a shooting on a San Francisco Muni bus Wednesday afternoon, police said. At about 3:20 p.m. officers responded to reports of a shooting on a bus at Velasco Avenue and Santos Street, police said. When they arrived, they found two victims suffering from gunshot wounds. Officers provided medical aid, including CPR to one victim. After paramedics arrived, both victims were transported to local hospitals, police said. The shooting occured on the 8 Bayshore route, according to the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency.
