Jesus f-ing Christ. Roads have potholes galore. Parks are filled with homeless and trash. Instead of asking Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Philly, etc “hey where did y’all get your trash cans and do they offer volume discounts?” this city has decided to spend half a million dollars to reinvent the wheel. Sad.
