SFPD used a woman’s rape kit DNA to arrest her. Now she’s suing.

The woman, identified only as Jane Doe, is suing San Francisco officials and police, claiming they "re-victimized" her and violated her constitutional rights.

Note: The "unrelated property crime" mentioned in the various articles was an ~~armed home invasion~~ burglary

EDIT: as others mentioned, I can't find the article where I read this, so I am striking out "armed" and "home invasion"

Didn't she also get flagged under the previous offender database in addition to the sexual assault victim QA database? That's what was said at the time.

If she was flagged in both she won't prevail on her suit, no matter how bad the misuse of the QA database is.

Armed home invasion is not a property crime!!

If that’s how our DA is categorizing things, I’m cringing at how they will categorize rape…..

Being a crime victim is not a get-out-of-jail-free card to victimize others ...

... Unless your attorney is noted area scumbag, Adante Pointer. In which case, it most definitely is.
