The driver of the vehicle, identified as Robert Green, was taken to a hospital to be treated for injuries and investigators determined he had been allegedly operating the vehicle while under the influence of drugs. He was booked into jail upon release from the hospital on suspicion of DUI, vehicular manslaughter, reckless driving, speeding, and other violations, police said.
The guy is from Hayward. WTF is he doing in SF on drugs at 11am on a Monday???

Broad day light collision with pedestrians. It doesn’t get more fucked up than that

Is this what it takes for the police to enforce traffic laws? People drive crazy around this city.

cars are the real menace in San Francisco. we need traffic calming and cement and metal bollards :(

Called it, drugged up criminal. Stop signs and speed bumps wont save us here.

Maybe we should start charging people to drive downtown like they do in London and Singapore. Not for the revenue, but just to disincentivize rando driversfrom coming here for shits and giggles

Oh damn, this happened right next to the high school and police station.
