It has to get even worse before it gets better. Chesa was rock bottom and that's reflected by Brooke Jenkins' dominant win even with ranked choice voting. The same has to happen with the schools. They have to get even worse than they were under El Presidente Gabriela Lopez. Only then will they get better.
