Man charged with attempted murder in Oakland car attack

A man was charged Thursday with premeditated attempted murder and assault for allegedly hitting a man with his car after he was told to slow down in a residential neighborhood in the Oakland Hills.

The DMV can and should revoke his license for life for the act of using a vehicle as a weapon. After he gets out of prison he can enjoy riding a bicycle the rest of his life. It's good for the body.

Wasn't a long premeditation, but certainly qualifies after making a U to come back to mow down the guy.
