A Listowel, Ont., woman has filed a human rights complaint against Kismutt Rescue after the non-profit said her family wouldn't be able to adopt a dog for her nine-year-old son because he has autism.

I wasn’t allowed to adopt a rescue cat because we had kids, period. So not sure what’s going on here, but I thought the primary concern here was the welfare of the animal, not entitlement to adopt them
