Ottawa students, parents outraged at 'humiliating' high school dress code blitz

Students at an Ottawa high school are protesting after teachers and staff conducted a dress code 'blitz' that students said left them feeling degraded and humiliated.

We need to reconsider the idea of sexualing people based on their clothing choices. Did you know that most sexual offenders when interviewd cannot recall what their victim was wearing, and most sexual assualts involve some pre-planning.

This is outrageous. Girls were told to bend over? Those teachers and administration must be held to account.

So proud of the students, it's not about the dress code it's what and how they did. Humiliating girls from grade 7-12. Why were the boys not inspected...some of them had short shorts..

All the power to them!!! nobody should be telling them what and how to wear what they want ,,this is 2022 let’s move on

How would these people survive in the 80s and 90s. We are turning our kids SOFT! I'm sure the school has a dress code like every other place. Follow it.
