So listings went from having 150 bids over asking to only 90.

Prices aren't going to decrease for new builds, developers will just stop building.
Resale.. you'll have some desperate people who bought a new place/pre con and need to sell to make it... but a lot don't need to sell so resale prices will have a floor because new builds won't decrease in prices...so supply will still be tight because developers aren't stupid and won't sell for less than before, they'll just throttle supply and that's perfectly fine with them especially the big ones who control most of the supply
