Our only hope now is that he decides to bike through High Park!

Oh he's going to get told on for sure now. Let's hope his parents watch the news and turn him in

Tbh they can absolutely argue that it's in the boy's best interest to be caught. He needs help.

I’ve seen them have to get a court order to release pictures when they know who the teen is (like the case of the teen who killed the cab driver in East York, where they knew his name and that he was 17, but they needed public help to find/arrest him). But do the police just have to assume he’s a youth and that the YCJA applies because he was described as a teen? They presumably don’t know who he is, so he could very well be 18, and I’m just curious.

I really wonder what the statistics are when it comes to turning around a teenager who is randomly sexually assaulting other people in public. If they were an adult I'd say it sounds like they've had some kind of break with reality, they have lost control of their urges and they are escalating. I'd want to hear that they identified, caught them and locked them up in very short order because that pattern never ends well. For an adult, rehabilitation would honestly be very low on my list of concerns and expectations. This is leaps and bounds beyond "red flag" or "concerning" behaviour. This person is out of control and escalating,

Hopefully the parents aren't the careless type, or the encouraging to commit such shit type. That would be horrible.

That boy needs help. Seriously.

I hope his parents see this and turn him in. But if his mom is a “boy mom” then that’s not going to happen.

Sad that this is a 'rare' move.

Release identities based on crime and not age

while wearing a “distinctive brown camouflage-like design” backpack and riding a dark mountain bike.

I bet a lot of people from that last post are really disappointed. A picture is worth a thousand words.

What do they mean exactly by Sexual Assault? is he touching them? forcing himself onto them?

Why didn't police post a zoomed in photo of his face? Is this another Paul Bernardo in the making? Hope his parents see this and get him locked up in a mental health facility. He's dangerous.
