A Brampton teen has been arrested in connection with the murder of a well-known Toronto rapper who was gunned down in the city’s Entertainment District over two years ago.

This makes me sick! The youth criminal act need to be revised and brought into the 21st century! Anyone who opens fire on someone knows what they’re doing and must be identified! Whether they’re 12 or 21! What a joke!
