A lot of drivers are livid about this, mainly because the unvaxxed keep their seniority. It should have been called a suspension instead of a firing.

If they don't care about collective safety in regards to the vaccine, then why do they get a role where it's their job to transport people safely?

They're just trying to save money on training people. They should have hired the right people in the first place.

I have no problem with them ending the mandate now but why reinstate employees who have been fired? They were given clear warnings about the consequences of their actions and chose to proceed anyway. Why reinstate employees who are prone to insubordination?

I feel bad for those who couldn’t afford to avoid the coercion and did it because they had to or lost their job. Far more of those out there than you think. If you’re still scared and rook no action to better your health or your habits then we are going to need to turn the finger around.
