A family traveling with Air Canada was left in the lurch by the airline when they lost a traveler's custom-fitted wheelchair as they were traveling to Chile.

Obviously solution is to give them.more money so they can buy back their stocks instead of improving their services. Who else you gonna fly with? Its almost monopoly here

This happens all the time and it's fucking terrible. Breaking a wheelchair and refusing to replace it is an egregious personal violation tantamount to breaking someone's legs.
Some custom wheelchairs cost in the tens of thousands. Air Canada is a joke.

Andrew Gurza had the same thing happen to him a month ago. Also with air canada and similar outcome. They break so many wheelchairs!
