Went to my local French gym this morning "La Fitness" and did a workout - I'm going to be sore tomorrow (or later today) but so worth it.
Capacity limits are about 360 people at my local LA Fitness so there's very little chance that people will have to wait in line like they did previously during last year's lockdown/open fiasco. Masks still required during movement in the gym and all standard protocols still apply.
It was good to see people back in there (a lot of the regulars that one would see if you go at the same time daily). I hope the vaccinations keep going and we hit the 80%/75% targets to just start dropping all the safety protocols but till then this is a great start!

Doesn’t actually feel real does it. I guess I can’t blame covid for not working out anymore lol

At the gym now!! Mine’s not too crowded. I will hate my body tomorrow

i work for cineplex and all i ask is pls be patient with us while we re-learn everything since we’ve been off for the entire pandemic. i’m expecting Marvel level crowds (with 50% capacity) for the next month, and especially tonight and this weekend it’s going to be insane.

The gym/pool in my building isn’t open yet as they are “waiting for direction from the city” 😤

Going to Muay Thai class tonight. I am going to die.

I am going to the gym today!!!!!
Everyone who stuck with their home workouts throughout all this give yourselves a pat on the back. That was hard

I have a busy day and busy weekend but really looking forward to the day-after pain when I hit the gym again Monday.

Going to see my first big screen film (Anthony Bourdain documentary) since last summer later today. Missed the movie theatre experience very much so am very glad they're back :-D

Woo! Now don't mess this up, people. Keep getting vaccinated, stay home and mask up if you feel sick, and wash your hands. We got this, light weight baby, light weight.
