Ontario stopped enforcing credentials in skilled trades, right after Doug Ford took power
For three years running, Ontario has not enforced its rules requiring tradespeople such as electricians, auto mechanics and plumbers to be certified, CBC News has learned.
When PC voters in rural and suburban Ontario find that their homes are blown away by tornadoes, like in Barrie, it will probably be because they were built improperly by unlicensed carpenters and because the PCs gutted enforcement and derided building inspection as red tape.
Probably why so many new homes are held together with calking and prayers.
"'As we move forward this summer, we'll ensure that the compliance and enforcement regulations are worked through,' McNaughton told CBC News on Tuesday." Yes, now that you've been caught with your pants down. #VoteFordOut2022 #CancelDougFord
